NAI Bluestone Real Estate Capital Secures $32.1M in Financing for the Navona at the Piazza and Dickinson Square in Philadelphia, PA

NAI Bluestone Real Estate Capital, as correspondent to Greystone Servicing Corp, provided $29 million in Fannie Mae permanent mortgage financing for the Navona, the flagship apartment property framing the Piazza at Schmidt’s in Philadelphia, PA. Bluestone also closed a $3.1 million permanent mortgage for Dickinson Square, a medical office complex also located in Philadelphia. Both properties are owned by affiliates of Tower Investments, Inc. and its president, Bart Blatstein. More >
