ONTARIO, CA – David Knowlton, Senior Vice President with NAI Capital’s Orange County office along with Jason Smith, Vice President of NAI Global Corporate Solutions in Salt Lake City Utah represented both parties in the sale and purchase of 30 acres of vacant industrial land in Ontario for an undisclosed value.
According to Knowlton, the buyer, Western Realco intends to develop spec industrial buildings at the site but final plans are still to be determined.
The project is located at the northwest corner of the 10 Freeway and Etiwanda in Ontario.  “This will be a significant project for Ontario because it’s situated at the eastern gateway to the City and is highly visible from the San Bernardino Freeway,” said Knowlton.
The seller was CFJ Properties based in Knoxville, Tennessee.
