POMONA, CA — NAI Capital industrial specialist Richard Horn, Vice President, and Philip T. Attalla, Senior Vice President/Industrial Manager, represented the buyer, Marge Carson Inc., a furniture manufacturing company, in the purchase of a State of the Art 70,876 sq. ft. industrial building located at 1260 E. Grand Avenue, Pomona, CA 91706.  The transaction was valued at $6,025,000.00 and was purchased using SBA financing through Bank of America.

The Seller, Royal Cabinets had spent over $8,500,000.00 building the facility in 2009. This was a major victory for NAI’s client as not only did they achieve the purchase of a building with fantastic value, including improvements necessary to their operation, but the Buyer was able to lock in an interest rate at an all-time low through the SBA and Bank of America at 4.45% Fixed on a loan in excess of $5,000,000.00. NAI Capital, Incorporated received a full Commission in representing the Buyer.
