COSTA MESA, CA – Roger Niez, Daniel Mudge, and John Manion with NAI Capital’s Orange County office represented the Seller, Cambridge Park Partners, in the sale of a 10,000 sq. ft. office property located at 3505 Cadilac Avenue to the Buyer, 3505 Cadilac 1, LLC and 3505 Cadillac2, LLC. The sales transaction was valued at $820,000.00.
VAN NUYS, CA – Chris Jackson and Todd Lorber, with NAI Capital’s Santa Clarita office represented the Seller, Dolores Ponticelli Trust, in the sale of a 14,400 sq. ft. industrial property located at 6843 Valjean Avenue to the Buyer, Volutone. The sales transaction was valued at $1,750,000.00.
HENDERSON, NV – Fariba Kavian with NAI Capital’s West L.A. office represented the Seller, FDIC, in the investment sale of 43, 310 sq. ft. located at Calico Ridge 1461-1477 E. Lake Mead Pkwy to Main Street – Santa Ana, LLC. The sales transaction was valued at $1,827,500.00.
LARGO, FL – Mel Moss, and Dan Spell, with NAI Capital’s West L.A. office represented Voyage-Largo, LLC in the purchase of a net leased CVS Pharmacy located in Largo, FL. The transaction was valued at $4,120,000.00.
LA PUENTE, CA – Fariba Kavian, with NAI Capital’s West L.A. office represented both the Seller and the Buyer on the sale of a lender owned retail center featuring approx. 39,675 square feet of building on approx. 2.46 acres of land located La Puente, California. Tenanted by Jiffy Lube on a pad and Shoeteria (NAP) on Hacienda Blvd the center was approximately 29.68% occupied offering the buyer the opportunity to substantially add value. The price of the transaction was not disclosed but the sale was a quick close with no contingencies.
POMONA, CA – Richard Horn and Philip T. Attalla with NAI Capital’s Commerce office, represented the Buyer, Marge Carson Inc., in the purchase of a 70,876 sq. ft. industrial building located at 1260 E. Grand Avenue, Pomona, CA 91706. The transaction was valued at $6,025,000.00 purchased by a manufacturing company, SBA 10% Down Financing through Bank of America.
CORONA, CA – John Bosko and Bob Bush with NAI Capital’s Orange County office represented the Landlord, Zion Enterprises, and the Tenant, Radnet Management, Inc., in the lease of a 2,133 sq. ft. medical property located at Magnolia Medical Plaza, 886 Magnolia Avenue, Suite 101. The value of the lease transaction was $1,241,582.00.
VALENCIA, CA – John Cserkuti with NAI Capital’s Santa Clarita office represented the Landlord, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, and the Tenant, Bella Nails Spa, in the lease of a 1,200 sq. ft. retail property located at 27011 McBean Parkway, Suite 105. The value of the lease transaction was $336, 176.00.
