Martial Arts Master Pins Down Commercial Real Estate Firm
ENCINO, CA – NAI Capital, a leading Southern California commercial real estate brokerage announced that Mr. Bob Wall has joined the company’s Encino headquarters as Vice President specializing in Investment properties.

Mr. Wall founded brokerage real estate firms, Wall Street Properties and Wall Enterprises, that syndicated, developed, counseled, and managed income properties. In 1989, Mr. Wall was named “Outstanding Man of the Year” by the Tarzana Chamber of Commerce. As Board of Director and Executive Board Member of the Tarzana Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Wall Chaired the “Tarzana Clean-Up Day.” At his expense, he wrote a “How-To” manual titled “Taking it to the Streets,” which outlined the steps needed to run a clean-up campaign for cities. He Chaired the “Beautify Tarzana” campaign which resulted in the planting of 28 beautiful trees in Tarzana. Today, Mr. Wall continues to receive numerous awards for his civic activities.
As former World Professional Karate Champion, and former partner of Chuck Norris in a large chain of Karate studios (and friends for over 40 years), Mr. Wall has been noted for endless awards including “Professional Karate Hall of Fame” in 1975 and was listed in the “Who’s Who of Karate” in 1980, the “Who’s Who in California” in 1982/83, and also the “Who’s’ Who in Business and Finance” in 1983/84. He was given the “Karate Pioneer” award in 1988, was inducted into the “Martial Arts Hall of Fame” in 1989, “USA International Karate Hall of Fame” in 1995 and inducted into the “Masters Hall of Fame” in 2000. He was also featured on the first “Karate Trading Cards.”
Other accomplishments include co-starring with the legendary Bruce Lee in three classic films “Enter the Dragon”, “Way of the Dragon” and “Game of Death”, Creator of KnockOut Fitness Recovery Drink and the Black Belt VISA credit card; Founder/CEO of Sportsmaster and Creator of Dynamic Flex, a stretch and tone exercise machine, and Author/Producer of both: “Who’s Who in the Martial Arts”, 1975, 2003, 2006, and 2009 and “An Illustrated History of Martial Arts in America,” 2008. Mr. Wall also Co-Produced the “Life and Legend of Bob Wall and Bruce Lee”, and “Curse of the Dragon” which was distributed by Warner Brothers.
For 43 years Mr. Wall has been married to his wife, Lillian Wall, and is the father of two daughters, Shana and Kara.
