THOUSAND OAKS, CA – NAI Capital’s Dan Spell, Timothy P. Foutz, and Mickey Belt represented the seller, DMC Investment Group, in the sale of Townsgate Business Center located at 2637-2649 Townsgate Road in Thousand Oaks, CA to the buyer, Townsgate Business Park LLC. The outside brokerage representation was by Delphi Business Properties and the value of the sales transaction was $13 Million.
The Townsgate Business Center is comprised of a four building complex on 5 acres of land with fourteen units totaling 73,888 square feet. Each building is concrete tilt up construction with a ground level loading door. At the time of the sale the complex was 100% leased with units varying in size from approximately 2,500 square feet to 11,100 square feet. The tenant mix is a blend of warehouse, flex and office applications. The property has been well maintained over the years and has mature landscaped grounds.
The Townsgate Business Park is located just off of the Ventura (101) Freeway and the Westlake Blvd. off ramp. Westlake Village is home to many Fortune 500 Companies.
