NAI Capital Represents Buyer of 95,527 SF Industrial Building

MIRA LOMA, CA – David Knowlton CCIM, SIOR of NAI Capital’s Newport Beach office represented The Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the purchase of a 95,527 square foot industrial building situated on five acres at 12160 Philadelphia Avenue in Mira Loma, California. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. According to Knowlton, the buyer will utilize the facility for the bulk storage and distribution of food and household products to support worldwide disaster relief. The seller, Rhodes Development, was represented by Greg Sargenti of Voit Real Estate Services.
