Terry Harding and Jackson Tang of NAI Commercial – Vancouver has recently sold an 42 Suite apartment building named Inlet Villa on 160 Shoreline Circle, Port Moody, British Columbia for $11,288,000. This gorgeous, 42 suite apartment building is located on the shore of Burrard Inlet, in the Seaview District of Port Moody on Barnet Highway (west of the downtown core). The complex is flanked by the ocean on one side, and green space on the other. Coastal trails are just minutes away on foot.
