Lumber Liquidators Leases Space in Fairview Heights, Illinois

David Wittenauer, CCIM of NAI DESCO recently completed the lease of a 7,000 square foot retail building located at 5520 N. Illinois in Fairview Heights, Illinois to Lumber Liquidators. Wittenauer represented the landlord, Matchem Associates, LLC, in the lease of the former Advanced Auto Parts building.
