The space was leased to Adam Wolfe who plans on opening a State Farm Insurance office. Wittenauer represented the owner, Missouri Real Estate & Insurance Agency, Inc.

NAI DESCO's new Metro East Office

NAI DESCO is relocating and expanding their Metro East office to O’Fallon from Columbia, Illinois.

The office, led by Illinois native and real estate veteran David Wittenauer, CCIM, opened in April 2010 and is expanding to take on more agents and clients. The new office will provide a more central location in an emerging area.
