Price Investments LP Sells Industrial Property

NAI FMA Realty represented Price Investments Limited Partnership in the sale of a 16,250 sq.ft. industrial building on 2.7 Acres located at 6310 N. 56th Street in Lincoln, Nebraska to Dealer Sites LLC out of North Dakota who represents Titan Machinery. Sally DeLair and Chris Vasek represented the seller.

NAI FMA Realty is proud to announce that BKD, LLP has signed a long-term lease to occupy 15,000 square feet on the 10th Floor of the Wells Fargo Center, a 260,000 square foot Class A office building in downtown Lincoln. The new office in the Wells Fargo Center will be ready for occupancy in August 2009.
