Lincoln Community Comes Together for Giving Day
On May 17th, the Lincoln community showed their support for the ”Give to Lincoln Day” sponsored by the Lincoln Community Foundation. For 24 hours, 5,448 donors generously donated over $1.33 million for local non-profits!
In addition, Hearts United for Animals, Pius X Foundation and Hear Nebraska were the top three organizations with the greatest number of donors making gifts on May 17th. They will receive bonus grants of $2,500, $1,500 and $1,000 respectively.
A record-setting day!
