NAI FMA Associates Contribute to United Way Campaign

NAI FMA Realty and our associates are proud supporters of the United Way of Lincoln and Lancaster County annual campaign. Last year the campaign raised $6,739,560, surpassing their goal of $6,440,000. We had 94 percent of our associates donate to the 2012 campaign to help build a stronger community. Congratulations United Way!
Blue Ox Expanding Warehouse

Blue Ox, who is known for its towing products, are expanding their local warehousing into 40,000 square feet at 4021 N. 27th Street.
Blue Ox, headquartered in Pender, Nebraska, opened the Lincoln engineering facility in 2010 at 23rd & Fairfield to focus efforts on the design of new products and improvements to the company’s existing product line of towing products, hitches, braking systems, steering controls, carriers and fifth-wheel accessories. Blue Ox maintains its manufacturing and product support at its Pender facility.
Sally DeLair and Marc Snow, NAI FMA Realty, represented the landlord in this transaction.

- Fuse Coworking, Lincon’s first coworking site, is set to open above the Mill at 808 P Street. Tom Graf, NAI FMA, assisted Fuse in finding their location.
- Washoo’s Fish Tacos opened downtown next to Noodles at 14th & P Street.
- Chipotle Mexican Grill relocated back to 13th & Q Street in the newly named Roger Larsen building (f/k/a the Cataylst Project or Block 38).
- Don & Millie’s and INMOTION Auto Care are under construction near 84th & O Street just west of the former Russwood site.
- Cetak’s Gourmet Meats closed their storefront at 70th & Pioneers but will continue to sell their meats at the local Hy-Vee stores.
- The Saucy Cook located at 70th & Van Dorn will close at the end of September.

- DaVinci Nails is under construction at SouthPointe Pavilions. It is to open in the former candy store on the north side of the mall.
- Family Dollar is taking the old Shur-Fine space at Indian Village on 13th & High Street.
- 56th & Hwy. 2 activity includes Smoking Gun Jerky replacing Lincoln Espresso in their former coffee hut next to Four Star Drug and Schwartz Photography opened next to Cupcakes & More.
- A memory care facility has broke ground on the NWC of 84th & Old Cheney. Mike Ball, NAI FMA, represented the buyer.
- The Driven Academy opened an indoor baseball & softball practice facility at 4400 N. 48th Street. Chris Vasek, NAI FMA, represented the landlord.
- Lincoln ranked #7 in Forbes “Best Places for Business”. We wouldn’t agree more!
NAI FMA Realty Wins New Contract

NAI FMA Realty is proud to announce the firm has been appointed property manager and leasing agent for the Nebraska Technology Park, a park situated on more than 132 acres adjacent to I-80. NAI FMA will provide management and maintenance services for the park as well as leasing for the Technology Development Center.
The Nebraska Technology Park was launched in 1997 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Nebraska Foundation to support technology based businesses. Currently seventeen companies and organizations are headquartered in the park, companies such as GeneSeek, Computer Services, Inc., Verizon, Agilx and Dell Services.
“We are excited to add this prestigious park to our property management portfolio and to have the opportunity to work with the University of Nebraska Foundation.
