Today started out like any Monday…coffee brewing early at the office, what didn’t get finished Saturday afternoon was still right there waiting to be picked back up. Granted, the stormy start to the day left something to be desired, but by the time I’m putting this blog together it is 50 degrees outside my window and the sun is shining.
Truth be told, though, my day was made a little brighter well in advance of the sunshine.
About mid-morning, my office received notice that our NAI Halsey Blog had been named one of the 25 up-and-coming real estate blogs created in the last 12 months from throughout the nation by the industry site www.mastersinrealestate.org.
Initially, the site was created to help provide information to students interested in real estate education, especially those seeking master level degrees. But the site has grown into much more; providing not only students, but real estate professionals and even home buyers tips, tricks, and other relevant information about the industry.
As part of their service to their readers, they have a team of authors who use popular search engines, blog rolls and social media sites in an effort to find sites they deem have the kind of insight and content that would be beneficial. I’m proud to say that they found us…and apparently liked what they read!
From the introduction of their article: “If you want to meet a real estate agent, a broker, the leader of a property investment group or a real estate attorney, you can find many of these folks online. But, if you want fresh perspectives, you might want to read the newest blogs on the block. So, we’ve gathered 25 of them together for you — up and coming real estate blogs that have been written since February 2010…”
Needless to say, we at NAI Halsey consider this a tremendous honor. It takes quite a commitment to faithfully keep a blog up and running. We do it because we love what we do and we hope in some way to share some insight or market perspective with our readers. Today, we were told that it seems to be working.
Thank you for being a part of our success. Please know it is our intention to keep right on working hard for you.
