NAI Knoxville Continues to Close Deals with Beef Jerky Outlet

The Beef Jerky Outlet, a national Tenant Representation account initiated and managed by NAI Knoxville’s broker Isaac Ogle, is growing momentum. Isaac updates, “Our meetings with Tanger Outlets, GGP, and other national developers and managers at this year’s ICSC’s Recon have been invaluable. The relationships we are building are opening the doors to excellent opportunities with long-term win/win deals.” In the month of May, The Beef Jerky Outlet committed to four new leases in WI, MS, CO, and TX, and with pending leases, to name a few, in the Tanger Outlet in Foley, AL and the Tanger Outlet in Myrtle Beach, SC. Also, an exciting opportunity is on the table to be the exclusive jerky retailer at Boomtown in the Lakepoint Sports Complex north of Atlanta, GA.

NAI Knoxville establishes Exclusive Broker Relationship with The Beef Jerky Outlet Franchise, Inc.

NAI Knoxville is currently working on BJO deals in Huntsville, AL; Saint Augustine, FL; Myrtle Beach, SC; Charleston, WV; Katy, TX; Colorado Springs, CO; Knoxville, TN, and Sevierville, TN and recently completed a ten year lease deal in the Destin Commons Mall located in Destin, FL.
