Caris HealthCare Buys Building for New Regional Offices

An 18,000 SF, Class A office building formerly occupied by Community Tectonics Architects has been sold. Brokers handling the sale announced today that the former building was purchased by Caris HealthCare Services which will be occupying the building as their new Knoxville regional office. The buyer was represented by Maribel Koella CCIM, SIOR and Matthew Fentress RPA, CPM, CCIM of NAI Knoxville.
The property located at 10651 Coward Mill Road (near Hardin Valley and the Pellissippi Parkway) sold on April 26, 2013. The Seller was Master Builder Properties, LLC and the Buyer was Caris Healthcare L.P.

NAI Knoxville’s Matt Fentress represents buyer in Steal-of-a-Deal

Knoxville News Sentinel, June 29, 2012 – It looks like Fred Langley got a deal when he bought the Kimberly-Clark building on Thursday.
According to a deed filed today, an LLC with ties to Langley paid $3,550,000 for the 12-story office building at the corner of Summit Hill Drive and Locust Street.
According to KGIS, Kimberly-Clark paid $6 million when it acquired the property in 1997.

NAI Knoxville has been selected by CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP), commercial real estate’s leading independent research firm, to receive a CoStar Power Broker Award. This annual award recognizes the “best of the best” in commercial real estate brokerage by highlighting the U.S. firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property sales or leases for the entire year of 2011 in their respective markets.
