Chris Pope and Steve Olson of NAI Landmark Real Estate represented the Trustee for the Bankruptcy Court, Mr. Joe Womack, in the 363 bankruptcy sale of the Lodge at Big Sky. The Lodge is one of three hotels on the mountain at the foot of ski runs. The 90 room property was sold by auction to the highest bidder for $3.6M.

Farm Credit Services has expanded and renewed its lease at 1001 Oak Street in Bozeman. The company will now occupy the entire ground floor formerly of Opus Restaurant and PreFix and half of the second floor.

If you are wondering what is being built on Lot 11 in the Northstar subdivision in Four Corners just north of Buffalo Bump Pizza is a new dog boarding kennel.

NAI Landmark has listed for sale three buildings just across the street from the new SIMMS headquarters in Four Corners. The property currently is home to Taco Time and Kenco Security. The 12 condos aggressively priced.

Jason Leep of NAI Landmark Real Estate represented Bark City Doggy Day Care, LLC in its recent acquisition of a commercial lot in the Northstar Commercial Center Subdivision. Bark City will begin construction of a new pet day care facility there, this fall. The new site is located just north of Norris Road on the northwest corner of Village Center Lane and Artisan Place. Steve Olson, also of NAI Landmark Real Estate, represented the Seller.

Jason also recently represented the seller of a 68 acre parcel located off of Wierda Lane. The transaction included a financing package. Jason Leep and NAI Landmark have an additional 582 acres of excellent dry land farming ground with amazing views for sale in the immediate vicinity of Norris Road and Camp Creek Road.

Kimmett Properties, LLC’s recent acquisitions

Jason Leep with NAI Landmark Real Estate recently represented Kimmett Properties, LLC in the acquisition of a 30,000 sf commercial retail lot in the heart of Belgrade, MT. The lot has excellent visibility from Jackrabbit Lane and is located between Big Sky Western Bank and Rocky Mountain Supply. Stay tuned for updates on the retail plans for this site.

Earlier this year, Kimmett Properties, LLC also recently purchased 719 W. Park Street in Livingston. NAI Landmark represented both sides of the transaction. The location was the former home of Loaf ‘n Jug. Kimmett Properties will tear down the old building to construct a new Cellular Plus retail store.

The Bozeman City Commission approved the application from 1^st Interstate Bank-owned Baxter Meadows to change the zoning on about 44 acres of land in an area east of Chief Joseph Middle School and west of Davis Lane from B-2, or community-business district, to R-4, high-density residential district. NAI Landmark provided consulting services to 1^st Interstate Bank.
NAI Landmark represented the new tenant Beartooth Media Group in the lease of 662 Ferguson.
