Ojala’s background includes a 37-year healthcare management career including all levels of healthcare from acute care to skilled nursing care. This offered Ojala the opportunity to gain valuable experience in operational analysis, acquisition and disposition of healthcare facilities, development of new projects, construction management of larger projects, rental and leasing of senior housing units, asset management of these units and marketing these units to maximize occupancy. Ojala’s most recent experience also included development of a new 55-and-better housing development in which he was involved with the development, marketing, sales and property management. His operational analysis, experience and insight give him the ability to craft solutions make Ojala a valuable addition to the NAI Landmark team.

Rivers Edge Fly Shop Opens Second Location

The Rivers Edge has opened its new fly shop in 4 Corners next door to the new SIMMS Manufacturing plant. Steve Olson NAI Landmark, provided Tenant Representation to the Rivers Edge ownership in the lease negotiation. The iconic fishing company now has two locations to serve their clients. The convention brought together commercial representatives from over 350 NAI offices in 55 countries.

General Sessions featured speakers Troy Hazard, author of the book Future Proofing Your Business, and Jay Olshonsky, President of NAI Global.

Rocky Mountain Credit Union To Open New Branch

Rocky Mountain Credit Union will open its newest branch in Belgrade with a full-service office at 90 West Madison Avenue just east of Jackrabbit between downtown and the Interstate. RMCU is in the process of fully remodeling the location, including a drive-through teller window, and expects to be open for business in early 2013. NAI Landmark’s associate, Chris Pope assisted in this transaction.
