The space was previously occupied by United Pipe and Supply who engaged NAI Landmark to find a sub-tenant. The sub-tenant is an oil and gas servicing company that will sub-lease 16,000 sf from United Pipe and Supply for 3.5 years, the full length of United’s intital term.
