New Orleans in Bozeman
Chip Bales, a well known chef in the Gallatin Valley, has purchased the Sideline Grill located in the Rocking R Bar. Renamed the High Country Grill, Chip will draw on his New Orleans roots to deliver a diverse and interesting menu for lunch and dinner. Watch for a March opening. Can you say from scratch Jambalaya?
