Rivers Edge Fly Shop Opens Second Location

The Rivers Edge has opened its new fly shop in 4 Corners next door to the new SIMMS Manufacturing plant. Steve Olson NAI Landmark, provided Tenant Representation to the Rivers Edge ownership in the lease negotiation. The iconic fishing company now has two locations to serve their clients. Congratulations to Dan, Steve and Daniel.

The convention brought together commercial representatives from over 350 NAI offices in 55 countries.

General Sessions featured speakers Troy Hazard, author of the book Future Proofing Your Business, and Jay Olshonsky, President of NAI Global.

Thee fifteen unit project is now home to a variety of professional service and medical companies. Steve Olson represented First Interstate Bank on the sale of the project.

The property is located on Manley road and has frontage on Glen Lake. The property is zoned M-1 and will be the future home of a new local brewery.
