Jason Leep of NAI Landmark Real Estate represented Bark City Doggy Day Care, LLC in its recent acquisition of a commercial lot in the Northstar Commercial Center Subdivision.  Bark City will begin construction of a new pet day care facility there, this fall. The new site is located just north of Norris Road on the northwest corner of Village Center Lane and Artisan Place. Steve Olson, also of NAI Landmark Real Estate, represented the Seller.

Jason also recently represented the seller of a 68 acre parcel located off of Wierda Lane. The transaction included a financing package. Jason Leep and NAI Landmark have an additional 582 acres of excellent dry land farming ground with amazing views for sale in the immediate vicinity of Norris Road and Camp Creek Road.
