We had the honor of volunteering for Place of Hope, a faith based, child welfare organization that’s dedicated to providing stable, loving, and nurturing environments and support for foster children (and their family members) while in state custody. They strive to foster and support healthy and productive lives, free of fear, endangerment, and abuse through various programs and efforts.
We painted ceilings, baseboards, and trim in three of their family cottages at the main Palm Beach Gardens campus. The campus was beautiful and we were all impressed at the very comfortable and at-home feel of each house. It was truly a pleasure to help out such an amazing organization with a such a great cause, and look forward to helping them in the future.

We’re pleased to have co-hosted the Commercial/Industrial Real Estate Professionals Roundtable event for the Business Development Board this morning at one of our most recent med/tech listings, the Jupiter Medical & Technology Park, with the property owner, Point One Holdings.
The BDB had a great agenda including a welcome from Gary Hines (Sr. VP, BDB PBC) and sponsor comments from Lesley Sheinberg (NAI Merin Hunter Codman Director) and David Garfinkle (Principal, Point One Holdings). Kelly Smallridge (President & CEO, BDB PBC) updated the attendees on local news and updates. Also, Andy Lukasik (Manager, Town of Jupiter) discussed development activity in the Town of Jupiter. Everyone had a great time and especially enjoyed the cappuccino bar and pastries.
Jupiter Medical & Technology Park is located in a 186,000 SF medical & technology facility on a beautiful 16-acre corporate campus setting. Nestled in the heart of the Jupiter Medical District next to Scripps and Jupiter Medical Center, at the corner of Military Trail and Botanica Drive, the property is just minutes from numerous restaurants, shops, I-95, and the Florida Turnpike. The property has ±1,500 to 14,788 square feet available and offers bright, open space with lots of windows and beautiful landscaping.
