The Jupiter Medical and Technology Park is a beautiful 186,000 SF medical & technology facility located on a gorgeous 16-acre corporate campus setting. This prime facility is nestled in the heart of the Jupiter medical district next to Scripps and Jupiter Medical Center, at the corner of Military Trail and Botanica Drive.
With new owners comes a multi-million dollar improvement program currently underway. Several projects have already been completed including:
New Roof: A new GAF TPO membrane roof was installed. Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) single-ply roofing membranes are among the fastest growing commercial roofing products and have gained broad industry acceptance for their many performance and installation advantages. As demand increases for heat-reflective and energy efficient roofing systems, TPO single-ply roofing membranes continue to provide exceptional resistance to ultraviolet, ozone and chemical exposure.
New Paint: Exterior Stucco Façade painted with new color scheme and a sealant applied to the Architectural Block.
Other projects currently underway and expected to be completed in 2015 include new landscaping (planting of annuals, perennials, and additional shrubs) as well as installation of new pylon signage.
Lesley and the rest of the team at NAI are excited to see the projects completion and we’re thrilled to see the progress made so far. Take a look at what the Jupiter Medical and Technology Park has to offer and call Lesley for leasing information at 561 471 8000.
NAI/Merin Hunter Codman provides value-added services for corporations with local, national or worldwide real estate needs. The firm serves as a single point of contact, for clients needing one property or hundreds. We assist in evaluating opportunities, optimizing existing portfolios, planning new facilities, as well as managing and leasing corporate facilities.
We Work For You:
Tenant representation is a specialized discipline distinct from general brokerage services. In tenant representation, your broker represents you in a fiduciary capacity, representing your best interest, not the landlord’s. We work for you.
Local Market Knowledge:
While it may be easy to type a few keywords into Google and find what seems to be great space, that does not provide all the answers. NAI/Merin Hunter Codman’s tenant representation brokers provide expert advice, based on superior market knowledge, detailed research and market expertise. This knowledge coupled with superior negotiation skills, places tenants on an even playing field with professionals, landlords and owners.
Implementation with Personal Attention:
A methodical and in-depth market analysis is compiled and presented based on clients’ needs, preferences and special requests. After client feedback and approval of search results is established the implementation process begins, consisting of site selection, property tours and transaction negotiation. Particular attention is given to leasing incentives, space planning, value engineering and construction.
We Follow-Up After You Sign the Lease:
Professional tenant representation services continue beyond the execution of a lease. Assistance is provided to ensure a timely and trouble-free move with on-going support for future expansion, contraction, or construction.
Our Services Are Provided At No Cost To You:
That’s right, it’s the industry standard for landlords to pay all brokerage fees. In most cases, it is a budgeted expense that is built into owner projections.
Tenant Rep Services Include:
- Tenant/Buyer representation
- Demographic, market data and feasibility analysis
- Relocation studies
- Property, facilities and asset management
- Due diligence
- Investment acquisition/sales
