NIS Inc., based out of Davenport, IA is expanding its operation’s to North Liberty, Iowa, where it is expected to add 30 to 40 new jobs.  NIS is a third party logistics provider of contract assembly, inventory management, warehousing and distribution.  NIS and its 95 employees are currently opearting in a 55,000 square foot leased facility in North Liberty, which is just north of Iowa City.  With the expansion, NIS will move into the former River Bend Industries building which has over 125,000 square feet of space.  Rick Schaefer of NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Company represented NIS, Inc. in this transaction.
