NAI West Michigan represents land transaction for new Goodwill retail store
NAI West Michigan represented both sides of the sale transaction at 8390 Belmont Ave NE in Rockford.
The buyer, Pinnacle Ventures, LLC, represented by Doug Taatjes, purchased the 2.5 acre site and 
broke ground on November 17, 2010 for a new 14,500 SF, LEED certified Goodwill retail store and donation center. Rod Alderink represented the Seller.
